MAXIMISE PERFORMANCE
Remaining healthy and injury free is the key to long term progress with calisthenics. Learn the latest evidenced based physiotherapy methods for unlocking your full strength. You will learn optimal exercises for strengthening the rotator cuff and building bulletproof core stability.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Participants will be taught how to create a bodyweight workout program. Periodisation for long term progress will be covered.
